The ideal candidate will reside in the north-east corridor, with a strong understanding of the tech industry and a proven track record of driving successful integrations.

Job Overview: As a Senior Manager/Director, Post-Merger Integration, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive integration strategy, aligning with the company's overall objectives and driving value creation. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, collaboration, and influencing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Strategy Development: Create and implement a tailored integration plan, aligning with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with departments such as Finance, HR, Operations, and IT to ensure seamless integration and alignment of business practices.
  • Project Management: Lead integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute effective change management strategies, facilitating a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure integration success, providing regular progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption during the integration process.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring transparent communication throughout the integration process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in post-merger integration, project management, or a related field, with a strong background in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful integration efforts in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
