We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Account Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. Key Highlights:

• Competitive salary: $65K-$70K (Year 1) + $6,300/yr car allowance + annual bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and grow the Central Florida territory through strategic planning and customer relationships
• Schedule and plan weekly customer meetings to identify new business opportunities and build relationships
• Conduct sales demonstrations and maintain a high level of product knowledge to drive sales growth
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure mutual growth and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of sales experience
• Strong ability to learn manufacturing processes and leverage resources
• Technical skills: comfortable learning new software and proficient in computer applications
• Ability to spend 4 days per week in the field for customer visits (home every night)
• Ability to spend the first week at the corporate office for training and participate in ride-a-longs during weeks 2-4
