As a Remote Audio Operator, you will be the mastermind behind the audio mixing and monitoring of our productions, ensuring seamless and high-quality program audio. Job Summary:

In this exciting role, you will provide top-notch audio mixing (A1) and/or audio assist (A2) support for live events, studio productions, and pre-recorded material. As an audio operator (A1), you will be proficient in mixing and monitoring all audio sources, including microphones, music, sound effects, and natural sound.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and monitor audio signals during live productions, creating high-quality program audio
• Determine optimal microphone placement for live events
• Oversee technical aspects of assigned events, including audio mixing consoles, outboard equipment, and digital audio delivery servers
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve using effective communication and technical expertise
• Collaborate with A2s and other team members to ensure seamless audio workflow

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of practical remote production operations experience at a network level in an A1 role
• Proficiency in mixing stereo and 5.1 program feeds
• Strong knowledge of audio boards, consoles, and signal flow concepts
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with excellent communication abilities
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of broadcast communications equipment and remote production show needs
