Job Overview

We're looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team in a remote role, with initial onsite training provided for the first month. As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for managing incoming faxes and phone calls, verifying patient information, and ensuring seamless prescription coverage. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process incoming faxes from healthcare providers, patients, and medications
• Verify accuracy of patient information, including dates of birth and medication dosages
• Proactively follow up with providers to obtain missing data
• Enter data accurately to confirm prescription coverage
• Handle approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather patient information

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities
• Proficiency in managing fax and phone communications efficiently
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Residency in Massachusetts (required)
