Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (30-40 hours/week, Contractor)
• Location: Remote
• Intended Start Date: ASAP

Your Role

Work Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time)

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or customer-facing experience (highly desired)
• Passion for learning and growth, with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to work comfortably in a remote, fast-paced environment with timely responses
