As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and updating records with new files and information to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Inputting paperwork into an electronic database with precision and attention to detail
• Safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Updating records with new information to ensure data consistency and compliance
• Utilizing Microsoft Office tools to optimize data entry processes and improve efficiency

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills
• Incredible patience and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks with ease
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and data management tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks
• Great time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in data entry principles

Available Shifts and Compensation: We offer flexible scheduling, with available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $22.00 - $28.00/hour, plus benefits.
