Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data strategies to support business objectives and drive growth
• Conduct complex data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities
• Build and maintain data models and pipelines to inform business decisions
• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, opportunities, and process improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Strong statistical knowledge and ability to apply statistical methods to solve complex problems
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Data modeling and ETL experience, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and seek alignment
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with power user status highly desired
