Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager - CTE to drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for our new business initiative in the Career and Technical Education market. You will have the opportunity to build our go-to-market strategy from the ground up, lead marketing campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to impact our product offering and positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop the Career and Technical Education product and go-to-market strategy
  • Plan the launches of CTE products and manage the cross-functional execution of the plan
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, using internal support and driving collaboration
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas
  • Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, competitor moves, and translate them into product and GTM strategies and execution plans
  • Understand the CTE competitive landscape and how Vector is positioned
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis and report back to the business on required changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Passion for Career and Technical Education and career training
  • Self-starter with a ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and quickly adapt to change
  • Outstanding communicator with a direct communication style and the ability to articulate a clear vision and value to internal stakeholders, customers, and market
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to plan, track, and improve KPIs and forecasts
  • Ability to work across multiple functional teams
  • Ability to anticipate business needs and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in productivity applications like Jira and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, and analytical tools like Google Analytics
  • Excellent writing and design skills
  • Strong people and management skills to interact with staff, peers, cross-functional teams, and external partners
