Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced ABA Technician/Tutor to work with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a PreK-Elementary setting. As a Student Support Instructor (SSI), you will play a vital role in implementing individualized academic and behavior programs, providing instruction using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and supporting students' social skills and daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with students to implement personalized academic and behavior plans
  • Provide instruction using ABA principles, including discrete trial instruction, task analysis, and naturalistic teaching techniques
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Implement student-specific behavior plans to decrease challenging behaviors and increase functional behaviors
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Classroom experience and ABA experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
