We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Teacher to join our team at Music Kids LLC, a leading instrumental education program. As a Music Educator, you will have the opportunity to teach beginning level violin, piano, and guitar to students across our partner school campuses in Chicago, IL. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach small group classes in violin, piano, and guitar to students of various age groups, including beginning level students (3-5 years old)
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, promoting student learning and progress
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and performance
• Manage student records, schedule classes, and support students virtually
• Participate in professional development opportunities, collaborating with senior faculty members and staff
• Promote the program and drive enrollment at partner school events, particularly during registration periods

• Competitive annual salary range: $45,760 - $68,640 (10 months, full-time)

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years of teaching experience in music classes or a traditional classroom setting
• Ability or willingness to teach multiple instruments at a beginning level (curricular resources and assistance available)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and creative approach to teaching
