Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and hospitable environment by training employees to greet guests with a smile, be attentive to their needs, and create a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Extend a warm welcome to each guest, using verbal cues to customize your approach and provide personalized assistance
• Foster genuine connections with guests by engaging them in conversation, understanding their preferences, and addressing their concerns
• Develop a deep understanding of our products, tools, and services to effectively address guest problems and improve their shopping experience
• Ensure efficient and safe handling of guest items, adhering to best practices for food safety and company policies
• Boost operational efficiency, decrease customer wait times, and maintain precision and top-notch service
• Stay up-to-date with store activities, events, and promotions, and communicate these to guests to enhance their shopping experience
• Educate and assist guests in using our app features, wallet, and other technologies to enhance their shopping experience
• Implement return procedures, comply with guidelines, and take corrective action to satisfy guests while following company policies and protocols
• Maintain a clutter-free work environment, maximize productivity, and minimize stress
• Ensure a positive guest shopping experience by de-escalating negative situations and following established policies and procedures
• Provide smooth and simple service to guests picking up orders or registering for events
• Instill a culture that values ethics, safety, and compliance, and prioritize the well-being of yourself and colleagues
• Recognize and resolve hazardous situations, adhere to safety regulations and standards, and ensure efficient handling of guest services
