Job Title: Dynamic Sales Coordinator - Publishing Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our Publishing team at Disney Consumer Products. As a key support member, you will play a vital role in driving sales and licensing efforts across various projects and deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for sales and licensing teams, including event planning, note-taking, and follow-up
• Manage account requests, sales assets, and catalog collections
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet sales needs and deadlines
• Analyze sales data, create reports, and track sales performance
• Support the Director, Licensing, and team on various projects, including asset curation, cataloging, and fulfillment
• Communicate with external licensees, vendors, and stakeholders
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support or publishing support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Keynote
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter, motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the publishing industry
