We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to drive ecommerce and omnichannel revenue growth with Amazon as the primary focus. As a key member of our team, you will resolve customer inquiries, offer tailored solutions, and present our products and services to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to Amazon, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets within deadlines
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about latest developments and product offerings
• Develop and create sales materials to present to customers, showcasing our products and services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, with a focus on ecommerce sales and marketing
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in marketing/sales
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant Ecommerce Sales and Marketing roles
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Willingness to travel to top accounts or industry shows (as required)
