Your Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with our team to educate prospective members about healthsharing and evaluate their needs to determine the best programs for their situation
• Deliver exceptional customer service through timely responses and accurate member program enrollment
• Answer program inquiry calls, address customer concerns, and resolve questions in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize modern sales methodology, verbal skills, and computer skills to drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership goals
• Maintain HIPAA certification and member confidentiality, ensuring the highest level of integrity and trust

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering results and achieving membership targets

• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
