Job Responsibilities

• Leverage cloud-native Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tooling to manage and respond to data loss events
• Collaborate with security teams to design DLP implementations in line with the cybersecurity posture
• Lead investigations into DLP incidents, analyzing data logs and network traffic
• Regularly review and update DLP policies to keep pace with evolving threats and regulatory requirements
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for personnel on data security best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of IT Security experience, with at least 2 years supporting Federal or Defense RMF implementation
• At least 4 years of hands-on compliance experience
• Demonstrated mastery of DLP concepts, processes, and procedures
• Secret clearance required
• IAM Level II certification (e.g., CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, HCISPP, Security+)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Workspace / Cloud
• Additional technical certifications such as CCNA, VCP, or MCSE
