The Role

Premium is a multi-workstream program that requires a deep understanding of user expectations, behavior, and trends in building multi-platform experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll develop a strong design point-of-view, unify product goals, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to balance polish and speed.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive design strategy for the Premium experience, aligning with short-term and long-term product goals.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from concept exploration to UX specs and UI designs, ensuring seamless execution across digital and physical surfaces.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to explore, test, and evolve Premium experiences, driving meaningful impact to the business.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale to partners, fostering feedback and ensuring a holistic approach to the Premium program.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of creative and technical excellence, with a deep understanding of user expectations and behavior.
• Multiple successful product launches that drove significant business impact, with experience in A/B testing and data-informed design decisions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to varying working styles.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with video formats and player UX are highly desirable.
