About the Role: As a Cloud Account Executive within our Platform team, you'll focus on custom enterprise business application development, enhanced Security Products, and Application Lifecycle Management. Your mission will be to formulate and execute a Platform sales strategy, drive demand, and develop new customers. You'll leverage your expertise in Business and Technology Architecture to match customer needs with the capabilities of the Salesforce Platform, including SHIELD, Sandboxes, Heroku, and Integration products.

Your Impact: You'll work closely with customers and prospects as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique challenges and goals. You'll collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Service Cloud to evangelize solutions that help them reach their business objectives and blaze new trails. As a valued member of our Ohana, you'll contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction
  • Drive the overall long-term strategy for assigned accounts, aligned to customer business objectives
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
  • Perform account planning, ensuring strategic alignment with Prime and Cloud sales resources
  • Share the Salesforce value proposition with existing and new customers
