Revenue Accounting Manager- Enterprise Sales

- Manage the review and approval of on premise and cloud growth agreements, ensuring appropriate recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and other applicable standards
- Provide support and guidance to Sales, Legal, and Order Management teams on deal structure and contractual terms for revenue compliance and optimization
- Review business growth recognition documentation for executed agreements in the NORAM region, ensuring accurate assessment of non-standard technical accounting terms and computation of accounting adjustments needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors regarding revenue accounting matters, providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to revenue accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of revenue experience with 3 years minimally in a technical accounting role, ideally with experience with Public Companies
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and primarily revenue recognition standards (ASC 606)
- Proficient in using large scale ERP systems (Oracle Fusion a plus), and Revpro
- Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written) and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels at the company
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- BA/BS degree in Accounting. CPA or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Experience with a Big-4 accounting firm is strongly preferred

For This Role, Our Current Base Pay Ranges For New Hires In Each Zone Are: Zone A: $127,800 - $166,850 Zone B: $115,200 - $150,400 Zone C: $106,200 - $138,650 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
