Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level IT Helpdesk professional to join our remote support team. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure timely resolution to maintain business continuity. Key Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat in both Bahasa and English.

Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues.

Log and track support requests in the ticketing system accurately and promptly.

Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff as needed.

Assist with user account setups, password resets, and access management.

Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to documentation for recurring issues.

Follow IT policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

Fluency in Bahasa and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac), and common software applications.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
