Amazon Virtual Assistant - Portuguese & English Speaker

Job Summary Amazon is seeking a proactive, bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in Portuguese and English to join our dynamic remote support team. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer and operational support. You will serve as a vital bridge between Amazons Portuguese-speaking customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient problem resolution, and superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time assistance to Amazon customers in both Portuguese and English through chat, email, and phone.

Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, customer order processing, returns coordination, and reporting.

• *

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

Liaise with internal departments including logistics, customer service, and sales to ensure timely issue resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.

Support Amazon Sellers with product listing updates, keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trends in Portuguese-speaking regions.

Execute basic troubleshooting steps to address technical or account issues.

Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, product updates, and service changes.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) – native or near-native proficiency.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a virtual assistant, customer service, or administrative support role.
