Technical Launch Support Manager

About the Role

OpenLoop is looking for a Technical Launch Support Manager to join the team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role you will be responsible for owning the post-implementation pre-launch phase for all new client engagements. You will manage the readiness of client programs, audit configurations, ensure seamless handoffs, and drive process improvements that enable scalable and efficient launches. You'll also take point on launching new, cross-functional initiatives like alternative therapies and specialty projects that require operational finesse and deep collaboration across departments.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full lifecycle of the launch phase from implementation handoff through client go-live.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits and QA across platform configurations, workflows, and integrations to ensure launch-readiness.
  • Manage cross-functional timelines and dependencies across Sales, Clinical Ops, Patient Support, Technical Teams, Compliance, and Customer Success for successful launches of clients.
  • Partnering with technical teams, including implementation and product, for special project releases impacting client workflows, processes and technical infrastructures.
  • Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements to enhance launch efficiency and quality.
  • Create and maintain robust documentation and playbooks for repeatable, scalable launch operations.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on launch readiness and go-to-market enablement.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and support the growth of the Launch Pod function.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on systems, product, or program configuration.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end engineering or implementation projects, ideally in startup or healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with Webhooks, understanding of API architecture, design, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and configure technologies required.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Must be a proactive, quick learner with problem solving skills.
Remote Salary Range$85,000—$100,000 USD About OpenLoop
