Virtual Customer Support Advocate – Hulu Account & Billing Support

Deliver prompt, clear, and empathetic responses to Hulu subscribers via chat, email, and voice channels regarding billing inquiries, account access, subscription issues, and general service concerns.

Accurately diagnose technical issues and provide solutions or escalate appropriately.

Document subscriber interactions using internal tools to ensure accurate records and continuous service improvement.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide up-to-date information and recommendations.

Stay aligned with Hulus brand voice and service standards while ensuring a consistent customer experience.

Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems and working in a digital environment.

• Experience:

1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or contact center environment.

Experience handling billing, subscription, or account-related support is a plus.

Prior experience in a streaming or tech support environment is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Working Hours:

Full-time and part-time positions available.

Flexible scheduling required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support subscribers across various time zones.

Shifts are scheduled in advance and follow a rotating weekly schedule.
