Infrastructure Engineer, macOS and Microsoft Windows Device Support (Remote) - Victoria's Secret - Reynoldsburg, OH - work from home job Company: Victoria's Secret Job description: Description Your Role The Systems Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert for the Apple macOS platform, responsible for management and support of all VS&Co macOS laptops and desktops. The position will also actively support Microsoft Windows 10/11 devices utilizing management tools including Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune. Other responsibilities include writing design documents, helping to develop technical requirements, supporting cross functional support teams and ensuring alignment with strategic direction. - Troubleshooting complex, non-routine MacOS incidents
- Aid the team in the resolution of incidents pertaining to Microsoft Windows issues
- Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements of 95% incident resolution
- Monitor incident queue
- On-call support: after hours and weekends as per rotation schedule
- Appropriately escalate interactions, as needed
- Properly document, categorize and close interactions
- Possess the capability to function effectively in a highly dynamic environment
- Communicate solutions to ITSD L1 and L2 teams
Request Management
- Handle routine macOS/JAMF/Microsoft Windows requests, as assigned
- SLA’s to meet or exceed 90%
Project Work
- Executing project tasks
- Escalate project trends
- Maintaining and updating project documentation
Maintenance
- Executes maintenance support
- Functional release support
- Maintain established IT Security protocols pertaining to macOS, Microsoft Windows and various 3rd Party applications
- Periodic upgrade and patching for macOS and various 3rd Party applications associated with the macOS.
- Client health checks
- JAMF infrastructure health
- Create, update and support various Windows software application packages in Windows Configuration Manager
- Provide support for Microsoft Intune to the ATS Engineering team
- Act as an escalation point for all maintenance activities with the ITSD.
Vendor Management
- Maintain established relationships/rapport with vendors
- Open tickets with vendors, escalate as needed
- Report vendor service issues
- Engage with technical vendor resources

- Identify recurring incidents

- Creation and execution of IDP / PPO / Performance Review / OLR profile / Career Management Profile for self

Your Experience Additional Preferred Experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in macOS 11.x (and higher), as well as JAMF Pro version 10.x (and higher) and overall Apple/macOS hardware architecture.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Windows 10/Windows 11
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager, including application packaging and deployment, as well as Windows imaging.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge and experience in PowerShell scripting, AppleScript and other macOS scripting languages.
- Strong knowledge and experience in macOS image building for an enterprise environment.
- Experience in the automation and management of software packaging within JAMF Pro.
- Ability to manage Apple file sharing solutions
- Familiarity with enterprise directory services (Active Directory), networking, storage and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels; ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to executive staff, business sponsors and technical support.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
for benefit details related to this position. Minimum Salary: $81,000.00 Maximum Salary: $110,250.00 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent overall corporate job experience in related field (CIS, MIS, etc.)
- 5 to 7 years experience supporting Apple/macOS systems in a corporate environment
- 3 to 5 years experience supporting the Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Ability to work on-call, including after hours, to troubleshoot advanced support calls
- This position is classified as a Remote Worker (fully capable of working from home)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
