Responsibilities

• Develop Complex Flutter Applications: Architect, build, and maintain large-scale Flutter applications for mobile, desktop and web platforms, focusing on creative tools and AI-driven interfaces.
• Lead Flutter Best Practices: Establish and maintain Flutter development standards and best practices within the team.
• Optimize Application Performance: Implement advanced techniques to ensure smooth, responsive user experiences across various devices and platforms.
• Implement Sophisticated UI Features: Design and develop intuitive, artist-friendly interfaces and interactive elements that enhance creativity and productivity.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with UX designers, AI researchers, and product managers to create robust Flutter solutions.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Offer guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Implement Comprehensive Testing: Establish and maintain thorough testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability in Flutter projects.
