Who are we looking for?
- Teacher must have a quiet space to be able to teach the students and have a keyboard or piano as well.
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's in music performance, k12 music education, or other related field.
- Please, do not apply if you intend to only teach for a few weeks. Our courses are built to last for 15 weeks with minimal interruptions. We expect kind, respectful, reliable, and high-quality candidates. Essential to pass a background check.
- Must read and answer texts and emails right away.
- The ideal candidate will understand the concept of time zone difference and work with it daily and comfortably.
- US work authorization only.
- All questions in the pre-screening will need to be answered to be considered.
What would make you stand out from the crowd?
- Teaching experience (including homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, and other experiences) is preferred.
- Teaching certification is preferred.
What do we provide to you?

- Our base salary is 15 dollars an hour for the first three months. After the first three months, teachers will be evaluated to see if they are eligible to go on to tier 2 teaching which qualifies them for multiple types of bonuses.
- Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging piano lesson plans tailored to children's learning styles.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment to encourage student participation.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their musical skills.
- Collaborate with parents to discuss student development and address any concerns.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a focused learning atmosphere.
- Stay updated on music education trends and integrate them into the curriculum.
