In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing both static and motion visual assets for advertising campaigns across major platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Your creativity will directly support our user acquisition efforts and contribute to the growth of our consumer products.Location: Remote (±4 hours CET)ResponsibilitiesDesign 2D static graphics such as banner ads for various digital platformsCreate motion ads and animated video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channelsStay current with visual and content trends on platforms like Instagram and TikTokApply solid principles of timing, spacing, and animation dynamics in video productionGenerate visuals using AI image generation toolsParticipate in team creative meetings and contribute original ideas to campaignsQualifications3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion DesignerProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Strong command of static and motion graphic design principlesSolid understanding of composition, color theory, and typographyExpertise in video editing with a keen sense of animation timing and visual rhythmExperience using AI image generators and formulating effective promptsStrong creative thinking and ability to contribute original ideasProficient in English (minimum B2 level)Portfolio showcasing both 2D graphic and motion work is requiredNice to HaveFamiliarity with TikTok content trendsAwareness of current developments in AI and creative tech toolsBenefitsFully remote work flexibilityUnlimited paid time off (PTO)Paid national holidaysCompany-provided MacBookFlexible Independent Contractor Agreement with benefits such as autonomy, tax advantages, and global work flexibilityFast-growing team with significant opportunities for professional developmentEqual OpportunityRuby Labs is an equal opportunity employer.
