Marketing Project Manager

for a proactive and execution-focused Marketing Project Manager to join our fast-paced, high-performing marketing team. Get ready to

• Plan, scope, and manage marketing campaigns and projects across various channels
• Unlock and manage new marketing channels, including the full onboarding process
• Create clear timelines, briefs, and workflows to align internal and external teams
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, developers, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of assets
• Track project progress, dependencies, and proactively solve roadblocks
• Assist in launching new products, partnerships, and growth experiments
• Help build and scale efficient marketing processes and templates

We expect you to

• Have 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing-related role (startup or DTC experience is a plus)
• Understand how marketing campaigns run – from content and paid media to email and affiliate launches
• Be highly organized with strong time management skills – multitasking is your second nature
• Communicate clearly and confidently across teams and departments
• Bonus: Have experience working with creatives, brand teams, or growth marketers

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500-4500 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
