Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-22

Who we are:

We create innovative digital products (mobile and web apps, reward & survey systems, machine learning&gaming platforms, and more). Among our clients you will find both large and small businesses.

SANDBX was established in 2017 as a small startup and has grown to be a significant player with a solid portfolio of 50+ projects! We are proud of our state-of-the-art technology stack and the in-house culture. We love what we do, say what we feel, and practice what we preach. Really into your job and not into office politics? This is the place for you!

We are looking for people who love what they do and are good at it. During the hiring process, you’ll discover that being able to fit into our company culture is equally important. We cherish our laid-back, easy-going atmosphere and stay away from office drama.

The Product:

TheMind is an innovative AI-driven company under the Sandbx umbrella, dedicated to transforming businesses with cutting-edge machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. The company’s core focus lies in building and deploying sophisticated AI models tailored to specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows and products.

At its heart, TheMind specializes in creating advanced AI tools and platforms designed to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and drive efficiency across industries. Whether it’s developing AI-powered trainers for fitness networks, crafting intelligent shopping assistants for e-commerce, or exploring novel AI applications, TheMind consistently delivers solutions that redefine what’s possible.

In addition to its proprietary AI products, TheMind offers comprehensive ML consulting services. These engagements range from short-term strategic workshops to long-term partnerships, where the team collaborates closely with clients to design, develop, and deploy AI models that deliver tangible results.
