Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1 hour of unpaid break
  • US business hours required, EST

Job Description

Step into a pivotal role where you’ll be the driving force behind converting qualified prospects into loyal, paying customers. You’ll manage the complete customer journey from initial consultation through service implementation and ongoing relationship building. Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging consultations with pre-scheduled prospects interested in 2-week free trial offerings
  • Guide prospects through the trial experience and demonstrate clear value propositions
  • Set up services and accounts for new trial clients, ensuring smooth onboarding
  • Schedule and lead strategic follow-up meetings after trial periods to maximize conversion rates
  • Convert trial clients into paying monthly subscribers through consultative selling techniques
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to increase revenue per account
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through successful paid conversion
  • Build lasting relationships that drive customer retention and expansion

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in software or technology services
  • Strong track record with trial-to-paid conversion processes and consultative selling
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport and trust with prospects
  • Experience working with CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding conversion targets and quotas
  • Ability to work US business hours and integrate seamlessly with existing sales processes
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage high-volume prospect interactions
