Ivanti is currently seeking an exceptional individual, who will provide leadership for our sales organization. Reporting directly to the VP of America’s Sales, the RVP of Enterprise Sales -NE Region will be responsible for driving regional top line revenue and company growth. What You Will Be Doing:

This position is responsible for a team of 8 enterprise sellers representing our enterprise Western US customers. Quota attainment per Quarter and annual. Drive revenue through cross-sell, customer migrations and retention. Responsible for quarterly forecasting. Manage pipeline growth across over 1,000 customers. Drive corporate initiatives including market drivers like cloud adoption across a complete portfolio of IT, Service Management and Security solutions.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of individual contributors focused on creating demand, sales closures, and account management to Enterprise customers.
  • Work with marketing, channel partners, and carriers to develop specific Go-to-market and demand generation activities.
  • Engage with leadership within strategic accounts as their executive sponsor.
  • Lead Ivanti’s engagements with industry relevant associations.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will:

  • Coach a team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Build, teach and foster a process of strategic account mapping, strategic account planning and strategic account joint sales success between IVANTI field sales and the extended partner network sales teams.
  • Accurate and timely forecasting using Customer Relationship Management tools
  • Collaborate closely with other IVANTI team members to ensure alignment and integration of sales and channel strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and execution.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years developing business in the US as a Sales Manager
  • Experience with sales methodology, rigor and accountability – MEDDPICC strongly preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of sales leadership experience with Enterprise teams.
  • At least 2-3 years of selling and/or managing teams focused on the NE Region.
