Global Digital Asset Management Coordinator
The Global Digital Asset Management (DAM) Coordinator role involves ingesting digital assets, maintaining metadata standards, and ensuring compliance with copyright and licensing laws. The coordinator will work with cross-functional partners to streamline asset ingestion and support global upload workflows. The role requires experience with DAM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems, as well as knowledge of copyright laws and digital rights management best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with DAM platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Widen Collective) and understanding of content management systems (CMS).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for minor asset adjustments.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to use analytics tools to generate insights on asset usage, user activity, and other performance metrics.
- Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, coordinating effectively with stakeholders across global teams.
- Rights Management Knowledge: Familiarity with copyright laws, licensing, and digital rights management best practices.
