Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX design
• Deep expertise in native design languages, with a strong focus on Android and complementary experience in iOS
• Strong ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility in design decisions
• Experience designing for privacy, security, and accessibility in mobile applications
• Proficiency with Figma
• Highly collaborative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable presenting and articulating design decisions
• Interest in working with geographically distributed cross-functional team members
• Passionate about building products with people's needs at the center
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and advocate for UX decisions with cross-functional stakeholders
