Bookkeeper (ZR_25292_JOB)
This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Flexible during client business hours (Chino, CA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Record Financial Transactions: Accurately document all financial activities, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
- Organize Financial Data: Categorize and sort transactions into appropriate accounts (sales, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity).
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of bank and credit card statements with internal records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate Reports: Provide timely and accurate financial reports such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Team Coordination: Communicate and coordinate effectively with the accountant and other staff regarding the company’s financial standing.
- Meet Reporting Deadlines: Ensure submission of weekly (as required), monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a remote or part-time role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reports.
