CRM & Automation Strategist - Monday.com & Go High Level (ZR_25271_JOB)
This is a remote position.

- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Flexible schedule but with some overlap with 8am-5pm Eastern Time Zone; 20hr per week
Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and technically versatile specialist to take ownership of our CRM strategy, and AI-driven lead funnel setup. You’ll work directly with the business owner to understand goals, propose tech solutions, and bring everything to life to automated customer journeys
Responsibilities
- Create seamless, user-friendly funnels for incoming leads using AI tools, integrated with the CRM
- Customize and manage CRM tools (currently using Monday, with potential shift to Go High Level)
- Set up automated lead capture, nurturing flows, and task assignments across platforms
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to define priorities and deliver solutions quickly
- Provide performance reports and recommendations for ongoing improvements
Requirements
- Hands-on experience creating AI-powered lead funnels and customer automation workflows
- Proficiency in CRM setup and customization — ideally with platforms like Monday, Go High Level, or similar
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend tech stacks and integrations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially in working 1:1 with business owners
