Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?YOUR ROLEIn your daily job you will:Research and explore state-of-the-art sensor fusion and vehicle tracking technologies, including radar, camera, lidar and USS sensorsDesign, prototype and evaluate novel perception algorithms and methodologies, including advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving featuresCollaborate with global teams to develop and execute our perception technology roadmapInitiate and lead advanced research projects in autonomous vehicle perceptionDevelop, integrate, test and deploy robust algorithms for internal and external customersResolve complex perception challenges across diverse global programsPartner with downstream engineering teams to support L2+ and L3 autonomous driving systemsUtilize mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques to create robust and efficient algorithms that meet performance and safety requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with automotive development practices and standards throughout the algorithm development lifecycle.Manage version control and continuous integration pipelines using Git and Jenkins to facilitate collaborative development and automated testing of algorithm software.Implement CI/CD best practices to ensure the stability, reliability, and repeatability of algorithm deployments.Design and implement robust error handling and fault tolerance mechanisms to ensure algorithmic reliability and safety in automotive systems.YOUR BACKGROUNDKey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or relevant filed1+ years' experience in sensor fusion and object trackingWell understanding of tracking filters and data association algorithmsCritical & proactive thinker with excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skillsWell understanding of ASPICEProficient in C++ and MatlabExperience with version control and issue tracking on large collaborative projects (Plastic, Git, Jira, Jenkins or similar)Flexibility to change… Apply To This Job
