This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains to define requirements, assess feasibility, and guide the development of AI-driven and data-driven solutions.Strategic Planning, Governance, Stakeholder ManagementDefine and maintain the AI/GenAI and data business capability roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.Collaborate with enterprise architects and solution teams to ensure AI and data initiatives meet governance and compliance standards.Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Champion AI adoption across business units by articulating value propositions and use cases.Business Analysis & Solution DesignLead the discussion, documentation, and validation of business requirements for AI/GenAI and data solutions.Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for AI and data initiatives.Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and architects to ensure business needs are accurately translated… Apply To This Job
