Requirements
- Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficient in English is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote communication tools.
