Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and market opportunities.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product development process, from ideation through to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Develop and implement user engagement and adoption strategies to drive usage and retention of our products.
- Manage the design and implementation of subscription models for our consumer-facing products, ensuring they deliver value to our users and drive recurring revenue for the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches and ongoing performance.
- Use tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, and Figma to manage product development activities and communicate with team members.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on product performance.
- Ensure all products comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in DIGITAL product management, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and Figma.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing user engagement and adoption strategies, leading UI/UX.
- Experience with subscription models and consumer-facing products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Passion for improving health and wellness through technology.
