Services Procurement Lead

Guidant Global is a new leader in total talent management, we provide high quality, tailored Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions to leading companies seeking outsourced recruitment solutions. Job Description: As the NA Services Procurement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in one of our fastest-growing solution areas. You will use your expertise to influence, implement, and support Services Procurement programs, driving solution evolution, client adoption, and increased utilization. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering impactful procurement solutions. You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the growth and success of our Services Procurement solution by acting as a subject matter expert (SME) and strategic advisor.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program design aligns with client objectives.
• Driving adoption and utilization through best practices, analytics, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement Services Procurement best practices across strategy, technology, and process.
• Develop and deliver content in collaboration with sales, marketing and training for internal and external utilization (presentations, case studies, training materials, industry reports, etc.).
• Lead internal and external discussions on the value and benefits of our Services Procurement solution.
• Act as a Services Procurement SME during program implementation to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Analyze program and external data to provide strategic recommendations and industry insights.
• Support procurement activities including analysis, sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
• Partner with client and program teams to drive impactful results on projects and purchases.

Required Skills: Knowledge of:

• Procurement/SOW lifecycle (Source-to-Pay, Category Management, Buyer functions)
• Managed Services Support (Implementation, Strategic Support, Reporting & Analytics, Contract/Issue Resolution, etc.)
• Supplier Relationship Management
• Workforce solutions and consulting
• Client relationship management
• Operational excellence and process optimization
• Negotiation strategies and techniques
• Communication and stakeholder engagement
• Data analysis and strategic thinking
• Functional PC/Tech skills (MS Office and other relevant tools)

Desired:

• Experience with sourcing systems, VMS, intake/orchestration platforms, CLM, etc.
• Change management expertise
• Proven success in driving procurement outcomes
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in procurement

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in procurement, sourcing, or workforce solutions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Track record of delivering measurable results in procurement or consulting environments
