The Crown Is Yours As an Assistant Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will fuel the Loyalty & VIP Growth team with data-driven insights and seamless processes, raising the stakes of success across the organization. In this role, you will help shape the strategy for our rapidly expanding Loyalty & VIP Growth organization, enabling them to achieve ambitious goals and make high-impact decisions. You will report into the Senior Manager of Loyalty Strategy & Operations to develop, craft, and present impactful business strategies. What you'll do as an Assistant Manager, Strategy & Operations

  • Utilize data to derive insights and create clear and concise summaries for leaders across DraftKings to understand the operating status of the team’s performance.
  • Provide support in managing day-to-day operations, partnering with cross-functional departments and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Build a strategic roadmap for success across our Loyalty & VIP Growth organization, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities for enhanced productivity.
  • Develop and implement a KPI-based approach to decision-making.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Strategic Operations and Planning, or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with preferred experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, and/or Snowflake.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively based on business needs.
  • Proficient in stakeholder and project management, including the ability to align cross-functional departments to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in market research and deriving insights for business decisions.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

Join Our Team We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,900.00 USD - 111,100.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
