  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, data analysis, and other stakeholders to define product goals and priorities

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and translate them into actionable plans and prototypes

  • Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment across other product teams within the organization

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize them

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years experience working as a product manager in a fast-growing company / successful startup  - a must

  • Excellent leadership and personal skills

  • Self-organized, process-driven

  • Superior attention to detail, coupled with a keen eye for the big picture

  • Capable of understanding complex processes, and identifying areas calling for improvement

  • Data-driven and analytical thinker

  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders

  • Experience leading small, agile teams

  • A passion for accumulating knowledge of your domain and sharing it with others

  • Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week

  • Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI –  a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
