Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on backend development in Golang to help scale and enhance our global Voice Platform. This platform empowers enterprises and partners to manage telephony infrastructure worldwide. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services while collaborating cross-functionally to build full-stack features that deliver value to our customers.

We’re looking for engineers who are excited about solving complex problems at scale, building high-performance distributed systems, and contributing across the stack when needed.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang or other modern technologies.

• Develop and manage data pipelines for efficient data processing and flow.

• Work closely with front-end teams to integrate backend services with UI frameworks like React.

• Design, maintain, and optimize SQL databases (MySQL, Postgres) to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Integrate and manage Elasticsearch for efficient data indexing and search functionality.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of SaaS products, ensuring they are scalable and secure.

• Apply backend architecture patterns to design clean, maintainable, and fault-tolerant systems.

• Follow Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for efficient project execution and delivery.

• Collaborate effectively in a remote-first team environment, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• 2+ years of experience with Golang in backend development.

• Experience with React or other modern UI frameworks.

• 1+ years working with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres).

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture patterns.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote-first team.
