Your mission

As a Solution Architect you work with businesses and Partners to help them leverage full potential of UiPath Automation Platform. You would involve in Designing, Developing, Testing and Building world class robots that impacts revenue growth, operational efficiencies, customer/Employee satisfaction of our end customers. You will be part of a group of elite Developers in UiPath Professional Service and may lead a few

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Design, code and test automation workflows using UiPath.

  • Develop a stable/reusable and scalable RPA solution design using UiPath.

  • Decide on the development methodologies and best practices.

  • Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components from UiPath Product Suite.

  • Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs (Proof of Concept) and project implementation phase.

  • Oversee the development of the automation projects and components according to the solution design and requirements.

  • Oversee the testing, deployment, hyper care, and monitoring stages.

  • Review the crucial pieces of code and facilitate knowledge transfer in the project team.

  • Develop workflows and custom activities using VB.NET/C#.

  • Responsible for the overall testing cycles

  • Deliver technical training, demos, and blueprints and provide necessary support for new/existing clients.

  • Mentor budding Developers and Architects.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree.

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with code development background.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and implementing automation workflows in UiPath.

  • Experience leading a Team of at least 4 members.

  • Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end to end UiPath Product Suite.

  • Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework,

  • Orchestration Framework and DU (Document Understanding) Framework.

  • Working Knowledge on Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center and Action Center

  • Experience working with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation or Citrix Automation is a plus.

  • Experience working with other RPA tools is a plus.

  • UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional certified are preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills are a must.

  • Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script or equivalent is must (or any scripting language, python is a plus)

  • Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.

  • Understanding UiPath Infrastructure requirements is a plus.

  • Experience Working with Test Suite, Apps, Insights is a plus.

  • Understanding Generative AI and new releases of UiPath is a plus.

  • Understanding of Cloud services like Azure/AWS/GCP is a plus
