As we continue this journey, we are seeking a skilled Finance Associate to play a vital role in driving our financial operations and supporting our growth as a category-defining company. Your Mission at Atlan

1. Responsible for preparation & finalisation of standalone financial statements of India, US and Singapore entities and the consolidated financial statements of the group.

2. Drive month-end book close activities, ensuring compliance with tight deadlines. 

3. Responsible for the timely completion of audits of all three entities.

4. Provide inputs to the FP&A team to analyse performance metrics and KPIs to find areas of improvement.

5. Ensure robust internal controls are maintained over accounting and financial reporting.

6. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance.

What makes you a match for us?

1. You are a qualified Chartered Accountant.

2. You have at least 2 years of experience either in the statutory audit team or CFO advisory of a Big 4 firm or in the controllership team of a B2B SaaS, IT, or ITes organization.

3. You have experience in preparation of consolidated financial statements for entities in different geographies.

4. Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal / external teams.Strong knowledge of consolidation practices, IFRS/GAAP standards, and financial reporting.Proficient in MS – office (word, excel, PowerPoint).

5. Experience in Oracle Netsuite is preferred.
