Overview

We're seeking a visionary Founding Generative AI Engineer to architect the future of AI-driven property risk intelligence. As a founding team member, you'll design and build powerful agentic AI systems from the ground up, while shaping our AI culture and strategy.

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement state-of-the-art multimodal AI systems for text and visual data processing

• Build production-ready generative AI applications with human-in-the-loop workflows

• Architect scalable AI infrastructure and establish technical standards

• Develop AI systems that integrate domain expertise with machine intelligence

• Lead technical innovation and mentor engineering team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with production Generative AI, LLMs, and Vision-Language Models

• Proven track record with multimodal AI systems processing both text and visual data

• Strong background in MLOps, model deployment, and production AI systems

• Experience with human-AI collaboration frameworks

• Expert-level Python programming and modern ML frameworks
