Sr Software Dev Engineer Workforce Solutions Hiring Software Delivery | Amazon.com | United States DESCRIPTION The Workforce Solutions team is looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer to help drive our engineering revolution in the Talent Acquisition (TA) space. In this role, you will invent and build on behalf of recruiters, experiment and test new ideas and build sustainable solutions that help us scale with technology. You will experiment with and implement the best GenAI tools and build intelligent sourcing strategies to improve speed, cost and quality of hire at Amazon. Key job responsibilities Define the system architecture, own and implement specific components, and help shape the overall experienceCollaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other SDE team members to help define the scope of the productParticipate in the full development life cycle, working within broadly defined parameters, including test plan execution and software quality needs.Contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, operations, and process improvementDesign and define the interaction between the solution components and other systems where applicable.Engineer highly scalable, cloud-native applications A day in the life As an SDE you'll spearhead Amazon's talent acquisition technology. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
