Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned BI Architect with deep expertise in Qlik Sense and NPrinting to lead our business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing BI solutions using Qlik Sense and NPrinting. In this role, the BI Architect will be responsible for defining and implementing the BI architecture strategy, creating robust and scalable analytics solutions, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: BI Architecture and Solution Design:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and high-performing BI architectures using Qlik Sense and NPrinting to support organizational reporting and analytics
  • Develop data models, dashboards, and reports in Qlik Sense, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
  • Create advanced NPrinting templates and schedules to automate report generation and distribution.

Platform Optimization and Best Practices:

  • Establish and enforce best practices for Qlik Sense and NPrinting, including data modeling, dashboard design, security, and performance tuning.
  • Optimize data structures, load scripts, and queries to enhance the eMiciency and speed of Qlik Sense applications.
  • Proactively identify system/app performance issues and resolve by working with the BI developers.
  • Maintain security and access controls within Qlik Sense and NPrinting to ensure data integrity and compliance with company

Collaboration and Requirement Gathering:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
  • Ability to work with other developers and BI engineers, business end users, product managers, and QA Also work with IT teams (DBA, Source system Developers, DevOps) for data accuracy and performance.

Monitoring and Support:

  • Monitor BI platforms for stability and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime. Conduct regular audits of data and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency across BI solutions.
  • Support end-users with troubleshooting, data validation, and general inquiries related to BI tools.
  • Support for release activities, including starting/stopping scheduled tasks and monitoring database schema changes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense and NPrinting. Experience working in Data Warehouse environments, like Snowflake and cloud-based technologies like MS Azure, AWS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work eMectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling, scripting, and dashboard design within Qlik Sense. Advanced knowledge of NPrinting for report generation and
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable BI solutions and data models that meet business objectives.
  • Should have used AWS data sources.
  • Ability to construct SQL statements and link disparate data sources, flat files with core data.
  • Deep understanding of the overall architectures of BI platforms such as Qlik, on both single and multi-node platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
  • Qlik Sense and NPrinting certifications are preferred
  • PBM-specific knowledge and experience with transforming various healthcare data is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Snowflake is Experience working in Data Warehouse environments, like Snowflake and cloud-based technologies like MS Azure, AWS.
