Position: CRM Associate As a CRM Associate, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement and retention by managing email campaigns and CRM activities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to execute impactful campaigns while continuously optimizing performance. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to enhance the customer journey and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Execute day-to-day email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, targeting diverse customer audiences.

  • Planning & Organization: Maintain a campaign calendar and testing roadmap to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

  • Creative Collaboration: Work with brand and creative teams to plan and refine email content, using your design skills to enhance visuals when needed.

  • Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests (content, segmentation, offers, copy) and analyze results to improve campaign effectiveness and customer profitability.

  • Performance Reporting: Present key performance metrics and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth and Product teams to implement innovative experiments and enhance CRM strategies.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline CRM processes and drive better engagement outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics with strong academic performance.

  • Professional Experience: 2-4 years of experience, with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and user journey development.

  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in SQL, Figma, and Photoshop to execute and enhance campaigns is a plus

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use Excel/Google Sheets for calculating metrics such as CAC and ROI, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Creativity & Problem-Solving: Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of developing creative solutions.

  • Organized & Efficient: Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

  • Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and adapting strategies based on results.

  • Passionate About Pets: A dog lover who understands the needs of pet parents.

  • Time Zone: Ability to work aligned to Eastern Standard Time business hours
