Infor is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join the Global Compliance & Ethics team. This role is responsible for supporting and advancing compliance strategies and processes for our global businesses. A successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, results oriented, and demonstrate integrity, customer focus, and the ability to promote and embrace change. This role will have the opportunity to engage in other compliance-related responsibilities as reflected in the broader team needs A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like:

• Coordinate and advance Infor’s counterparty compliance due diligence process.
• Partner with account owners to identify and remediate ownership information.
• Support strategy to transform compliance due diligence program.
• Contribute to the enhancement of new metrics and analytics to catalogue and communicate counterparty risks.
• Periodically assess and test system processes, settings, and tools to validate expected performance and ensure high-quality results.
• Facilitate execution and implementation of compliance programs and controls, as well as assisting with risk assessments and Guideline intake and case management.
• Drive, promote, and enhance the compliance culture within the businesses and develop strong partnerships at all levels of the organization.
• Manage inquiries into the Ethics-Compliance mailbox and keep policies, standards and information up to date on Ethics-Compliance SharePoint.

Basic Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a compliance role.
• Experience working with and maintaining confidential information.
• Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Counterparty Compliance Due Diligence management.
• Ability to recognize and analyze risk factors.
