As an Operations Analyst I, you will be responsible for daily production workflow and processes. There will also be times where it may be necessary to troubleshoot various user access issues and provide technical support as it relates to our applications.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Ensuring that daily production is processed timely while adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Ensuring adherence to governance regulations and policies
  • Perform complex review of files
  • Working alongside a fully remote team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Understand your internal and external customer’s needs so that work is prioritized while brainstorming potential efficiencies

What will you bring to the role?

As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer service and will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve client success.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Operations or equivalent experience
  • Previous Corporate Trust and financial services experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail
  • emBTRUST knowledge is a plus

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $41438 - $53000. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
